After delaying my CBT for a short time I will be drinking SN Saturday night around midnight I will start taking meto Friday morning not sure if taking meto is a good idea doing it a day before then 30mg 45 minutes before I drink the SN. I also have beta blockers and dizempam Just hope it works fast and I dont Suffer. I am hopeless with wording things but I just hope thin go to plan. Tried for two years to try to live a normal life but I can't take it anymore.

I will fast for 8-12 hours before Sn drink only take fluids for tablets before the SN drink.

I'm sorry for all the suffering that has brought you to this point. I understand that it is hard to carry on when everything feels so hopeless. I wish you the best in whatever happens.
