First, I'm really sorry you are feeling so much pain that you feel you are at this point. I wish life and the world had been kinder to you. You are only 21 and you should have many happy years ahead of you. I'm sorry you don't feel that. For someone so young, I think recovery is usually possible, but I don't know your life story, so I won't presume or assume anything. SS has proven to be a great resource of recovery for many people. However, if you are convinced that this is the only route for you, then I wish you peace.

The SN Guide suggests taking an antiemetic (if you have access to one) 45 minutes prior to consuming the SN solution. Although the antiemetic is not necessary, what is necessary is keeping the solution in your system, so an antiemetic helps immensely. Otherwise (or perhaps in any case), it's recommended to have backup solutions prepared in case you throw up the first solution.

The guide also recommends taking the ibuprofen an hour before drinking the SN solution. The effect may wear off if you take it too early.
