SN questions and my last failed attempt

I'm female 19 years old 5'2 (163cm) 110poumds (50kg)
I don't know exactly how to mesure my SN correctly but how many spoons can do the job for me? And i have a 250gram package of that , would 100g be too much and why too much isn't advised . I have antiemetic and a window of 10 hours (night time) to do it and not be found , is it enough or i could be still alive after that and be found.
I almost died in my las attemp 1 month ago with 40grams of alprazolam with heart pills and alcohol i knocked out too fast and woke up in ICU it was hell i was found too soon so i don't want something like that happen again

I tried but everything went downhill for me. I was an active athlete with a lot of potential and dream i was nothing close depressed even tho i had a traumatic childhood and lost my dad to suicide i was still holding on and strong for my mom at least. But 4 months ago something happened i got injured and i can never do sports . I am not good at anything else that was my only passion i feel like god hates me and takes away everything i love even my childhood friend, favorite singer has to die. I can't even get out of bed i feel like i have nothing to live for i hope i get brain dead and donate my organs to people who need it however sounds impossible with SN.

I'm really sorry to hear what happened to you. I had a decent life as well until 3 months ago, when everything went from bright to pitch black. I'm struggling to hang on every day as well.

Do you have another passion besides sports, or at least interest, that you can explore and perhaps develop into a passion? A physical permanent injury sucks, but as now as you can still walk, there is still much to live for. The world is a big and beautiful place.

I'm sorry for your pain. Unfortunately i have some other unsolvable problems that are affecting my everyday life. I've been under so much stress and suffering that i found a white hair growing in my hair in this age. . If i stay i either would end up in psych or have a heart attack. I only feel bad for my mom after all her little girl has to die this way I'm really sorry for being such a loser

i may go with 25mg. Yeah , how much one can go through to accept drinking poison but not wake up another day and "live"
