Hi, so my question is, if you drink the first cup SN and vomit, but don't drink a second cup, what happens? Do you still pass out? Do you recover without assistance? I realize you could probably still die, but what if you don't? Also, my stupid brain can't remember, is it nitrate or nitrite? Thx!

I did this last week to be exact, took the first cup and vomited almost instantly, my throat was burning, nothing happened really, my heart rate jumped up for a hour, as tracked in on my watch but that was literally all, I imagine if I kept it down it would have worked.
Serious attempt, had been planning for awhile, my issue was had no meto, fasted for over 8 hours but my gag reflex is absolutely awful so vomited almost instantly so don't think I kept much down what so ever, was like a foam coming from my mouth. Also it's nitrite you need, I would say if I kept it down it would work for certainty as the small amount I did shot my heart rate up instantly.

Yep but vomited instantly, was like froth coming from my mouth, was the saltiest thing I've ever tasted. I didn't have meto or anything anti sickness which wouldn't of helped as I can't even do shots of alcohol so wasn't the best idea, ideally I have another 25g left was thinking of trying capsules

i'm sorry that it didn't go as planned.. you didn't take the 2nd dose because too salty, right? i was not sure about if you needed medical intervention in case you vomit instantly..so now i guess i know. btw you sure your sn pure? (sorry for many questions, thanks for talking about it anyway..)

To be honest after the first attempt there was no chance of me being able to swallow the second dose, as a drink form anyway. I did the test when I first received the SN back in April but have kept it in my car up until last week, I used a popular place from Ukraine for the order. I did fall asleep quite quickly after my heart shot up but woke up the next day with no underlying conditions or anything.

The taste was like nothing I've ever experienced was very very salty, it felt like my throat was on fire also, but yeh I definitely wouldn't try drink it again as would just be a waste, very hard to swallow for me, ive heard of people using capsules though

It depends how soon you vomit, but it can go either way. There have been people that vomit right before they die, and people that vomit and then get help and live .
I'm not sure what would happen if you puked fairly quickly and didn't get help, but I'd imagine it just being a slower more painful death.

If you vomit immediately then obviously you threw out almost the entire contents and it will have no serious consequences.
The key is to suppress getting sick as long as possible and if you do get sick then take the second batch and try to keep it down. SN has to be in your blood stream for it to work. Although there are reports of people with 92 % metHB surviving. But those are rare.

This is what I'm really worried about - just puking it right up and ruining my CTB plans.
Sorry it didn't go as planned.
I've heard of some people using a straw to drink it and saying this makes it easier. I've never tried SN, so don't really know how well this would work.

I would take meto, very strong menthol lozenges and a mouth numbing spray beforehand. No way would I want to taste that shit. It is salt so gagging and puking is a reality. Defeats the purpose entirely if you don't take the correct precautions.Last edited:
I did have mouth spray but was almost immediately came back up. I'm not great at shooting drinks anyway.
