Would Technical Grade powder SN that is 99% pure be fine? The product I purchased also states it's for curing salmon eggs if that is also suspect? Thanks in advanced.

>95% is OK and SN is used for curing meat.

There's isn't much sellers for SN already , why isn't it a cheap and good curing agent
