SN protocol - Metopimazine dosage?

Hi all,

I would like your help to establish a stat dose protocol with what I have on hand:

- SN
- Metopimazine 7,5 mg x 8 pills (OTC antiemetic called Vogalib - dopamine blocker)
- Alprazolam 0,25 mg x 30 pills
- Ibuprofen 400 mg x 6 pills

Metopimazine posology is 4 pills max. per day so should I take 4?
I think a couple Ibuprofen pills would be enough.
But I don't know how to properly time/dose/order everything especially with Alprazolam as I've never taken any but I think it would help overcome SI so how much do you think I need to take and when?

Yes it is recommended
