Help SN Protocol, is it required?

I just ordered my SN off DSL today and it should be here within the week

I see a lot of people having these insane protocols full of stuff, im not prescribed anything so what is my alternative any recommendations

Or could I just fast and wing it and drink 25-50grams

I think the bare minimum is SN and fasting. I don't have meto or meds for tachycardia either but I'm going to be using OTC antiemetics alongside benzos. Benzos or any alternative are just to make the experience less uncomfortable so if push comes to shove and you don't have any of these things and see no way to acquire them you can do it without. It'll just be more uncomfortable.

i mean ya probally want to have the highest chances and with the least possible side effect to go right?

ive read SN can make you feel like you're suffocating bc oxygen isn't reaching your cells. do you (or anyone) know how bad it would get without benzos?

At the bare minimum you should fast and take an antiemetic
