So I'm prescribed modified release propranolol at 160mg once a day and I'm wondering if it would make a difference than taking normal propranolol on the day I CTB?

I don't think so, but it's not recommended with the new PPH. Some say it takes longer to faint, others don't. There are many conflicting opinions. If you have it, use it anyway. I would use it anyway. Hugs
