SN + Overdose Promethazine

hey guys, help very much appreciated! following situation: I have decided to ctb in 2 weeks saturday night since I'll be alone for the whole weekend. I have the SN and I have read Stan's guide. I'm getting AE and AA and pain killers. I don't think I can get benzos and I don't want to take beta blockers because I have bad asthma and with asthma, beta blockers basically make you feel like you suffocate. that's not the last thing I want to feel before dying. what I do have is lots of promethazine and with lots I mean at least 500 pills of 75mg. does it make sense to take an overdose of them like 1h before (or with?) I take the SN or does it only increase the risk of vomiting? (I will do the 48h fasting). or should I just use promethazine as a regular sedative? what do you guys think? I'm trying to make it as peaceful as possible considering I don't want to take beta blockers and maybe have no benzos

Promethazine is also an antiemetic. I don't know the dose for this though.

10mg meto is equivalent to 25mg promethazine but you fall asleep in the middle of the day if you take the amount of promethazine that is recommended for meto in the guide during the 48h... but today i found a way to get benzos so i'm safe!
