SN or Nitrogen

So I found this guy selling the 2 things online, via a member from in here. My English is not perfect, so I hope I'm making sense.

Which is better? SN or Nitrogen? And what are the "setups", the steps in order to do the 2 things?

Do you just eat the SN and then you die? I need information on step by step execution on the two methods.

Neither method is simple, there's prep that goes into each one. SN is cheaper, but I feel that Nitrogen is more peaceful. There are mega threads for both methods, and they are both discussed in the PPH.
