Second best to SN, as in most comparable? SN is honestly second best to N, but if you can't get SN you won't be getting N. Otherwise there aren't really that are that comparable or won't be just as difficult (if not moreso) to obtain. I also don't know what your criteria are for second best. Jumping and hanging are generally accessible and fairly cheap; CO and inert gases are a bit more in depth but can be reliable if done correctly and without interruption. All have their advantages and risks. It's impossible to say what "second best" is because that doesn't exist. It's all personal. You have to do the research and decide what's best for you.
