Yeah, you could; SN is the fatal component afterall.

But your body's natural defenses are almost surely going to try to emit the poison from your body (by vomiting), which isn't necessarily an indicator of failure, but still. That's where the antiemetic comes in: to somewhat help throw that internal defense mechanism off, help your body retain more SN.

The other meds are for the sake of comfort, to make ctb by SN more peaceful.

It's entirely your choice. If antiemetics are easily available to you, though, I'd personally recommend taking them. They won't do any harm and are a backup.

Buy an OTC antiemetic. Dramamine (aka Dimenhydrinate) for example. Also, lie on your right side immediately after ingesting to speed up the poisonous effect of SN and reduce the risk of vomiting. This will shorten the time to lose consciousness as well as the time to die.

thats a good idea though im not sure if antiemetics are something you can just buy easily in the UK i think most doctors would just prescirbe a temp dose cause they're not dangerous though but thats a lot of lying :( why would laying on your side oncrease absorption? microvilli line the entire digestion tract

I bought Prochloperazine from Boots Saturday (it's a dopimine blocker listed in Stan's thread & PPH)

They say if lie on your right side you can avoid throwing up. It's a case of trying your hardest to hold it in

I was able to buy AE off the clearnet, no signature required or anything. you might as well take the extra time to get AE... trust me, SN is only getting harder to acquire, so you want to avoid failure at all costs.

In my experience, it's better to expect and prepare for the absolute worst.

Do not underestimate the power of an ingested poison. This won't be your every day, regular ol' sick tummy or gag reflex.

I highly suggest an antiemetic. But good luck with whatever you decide to do.

Doesn't Dramamine work as a good substitute for Meto? I've heard so and it's what I plan on using eventually. I could be wrong though.

If you don't throw up then yes...but just get an antiemetic, it is easily available...it will knock you off in just 10-15 minutes

this is a few weeks late but no. Dramamine targets a different part of your brain than domperidone/meto, and is only effective against motion sickness induced nausea.

not worth to have both Dramamine and AE, because the Dramamine wont do anything. I didn't buy meto and I'm not familiar with that website, sorry. as for the propanolol, tell your doctor you have been experiencing the physical symptoms of anxiety, and that you want to try propanolol because you read about it online/tried it before and it helped. it's not a risky prescription so they will likely just give it to you if you ask. good luck :)
