Method [SN] Need a review of this method. All components are there.

1. Fast 4h beforehand
2. SN ( 110mg/kg)
3. 50ml water cup
4. It is important that all of the SN is dissolved. If there are crystals still at the bottom of the glass, add small bits of water and keep stirring. The aim is to use as little water as possible.
5. 1H before: 1000mg of paracetamol
6. 15mn later: 10mg x 3 meto
7. 15mn later: double dose of antacid recommend
8. Once consumed, immediately relax on a bed, couch or reclining chair. There is no way to predict for an individual when the effects will start to happen. The SN will give you low blood pressure and fainting is a common occurrence.

This is simply a conclusion of stan's method.
Am I missing something?

I'm confused regarding the correct amount of SN.... I've seen people posting they use 25mg
..in the SN mega thread it states 100mg per kilo of weight. So which is it?

They usually take 25 grams, so 25'000 mg. If one follows the ratio 100 mg of SN per kilo and weighs around 90 kg, they would need 9'000 mg so 9 grams.
So 25 grams is to overkill, I think it also helps lose consciousness faster.

The minimum recommended fast I have seen is 8 hours. Any reason you are only doing 4?

It depends on how easily you get hungry. Some people get hungry quickly and therefore only need to fast for 4 hours
