SN Method: No meto

Hi I had a plan written down last year, but wanted to review it again and get feedback for it.

I won't be following any "regime" as I can't fast for more than 12 hours, and I don't have access to certain medication like meto which I won't be using.

But here is my method:
Fast for 8 hours
Ibuprofen: 2 hours before (scared of acidic reflux)
Propranolol 100mg (beta blocker): 1 hour before SN
Tagamet 800mg (Cimetidine): 40minutes before SN

SN: 20mg in 50ml of water (prepare two bottles)

For reference, I am about 63kg.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!!!

Questions:
- Should I take the propranolol AFTER the tagamet?
- Should I take the Propronolol WITH the SN (as recommended in SN, but online it says it takes 30min-1hr to kick in)?
- What can I do to reduce acidic reflux of taking ibuprofen on an empty stomach?

I think your plan looks okay. I've seen people take the Prop with the SN, but I think it needs to be before? Not sure about ibuprofen, I don't have any issues with acid reflux from it.
