So I have my sodium nitrite, and I tried to take it last night mixed with water, and it was SO salty. I guess I didn't expect it to taste that salty. I just had a little on my tongue before I spit it back out. Does this mean that I'm using too much SN if it's this salty?
Also sorry if I sound dumb. I have tried reading everything I can on here regarding this method, but I am still confused.

You're meant to use very little water so it's going to taste like the full thing it can't really be diluted.
