It's always reassuring to have an exit strategy. I find that when I'm feeling very down, just fumbling with the bottle and occasionally putting the teensiest amount of the salt on my fingertips and tasting it instills me with such a profound sense of relief...

its a great feeling isnt it. i got 50 grams which is more than enough for one person although I might get another 50 or 100 in the future just to be certain incase something happens to it lol..
