SN - Is propranolol soluble in water

PPH recommends dissolving 5x80 mg of Propranolol in the SN drink and drinking it, so it makes sodium nitrite more effective and makes you lose consciousness quickly.

How can I dissolve propranolol in water? Is it soluble in water? Do I have to mix SN or propranolol first?

If you have usual not short acting propanolol it is better to drink it 50 minutes before SN.
