Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I read the instructions for the SN method. It said to take metoclopramide to reduce the possibility of throwing up. I have a stronger antiemetic that is often used for people during cancer treatment. It is called ondansetron aka Zofran. Would it be better to take this since it should be more effective?
If you jiggle around with the search feature there is a lot of info on Zofran to make a decision. Below are two threads that seem to have conflicting info. However if continue down the path of searching the site and reading about others' experiences, you may likely come to your own conclusions.
I read so many different instructions about SN, more or less complete. If the PPH is the bible to follow, then I am missing some items to make the experience ideal, like Ondansetron, Propranolol and Tagamet. Where do you get this stuff ?

The correct instructions were posted inside the SN megathread. I managed to get all the ingredients without a prescription so it can be done. Good luck
