• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Does SN need to be dissolved in water for it to be effective or is it possible to fill capsules instead? I would imagine that this would help regulate the dose more effectively and eliminate and unpleasant taste by putting it in water as well. My second thought about this preparation is that it makes the does more accessible so that other medicines can be taken simultaneously to make the process as humane and painless as possible. Does anyone have any thoughts or insights?

Follow up, which class of antiemetics is most appropriate?
Metoclopramide I've heard is the most appropriate but there are many others mentioned in Stan's guide and PPeh
