Help SN Failure Side Effects?

Hey everyone, I've had SN as my go to for a long time and I'm closer to actually purchasing it. My worry is failure, and side effects after it. I'm mostly worried about vomiting it partially and having it do damage that's traceable. In other words, will I end up in the ER with them knowing what I did. Has anyone had experience with failing and what happens after? Info is much appreciated.
Side note: I live with my parents and I can't afford to be re-institutionalized.
