How much sn do I need to take if I'm over 300 lbs?

I think 25g is the ideal amount for a normal-weight person so I think for 300lbs it would be at least 50g.

Even if you drink 25g it should do it since about 12-15g kill normal person but here everyone is taking 25g to make sure they don't wake up

Nope nope, 12/15g it's way too low as a dosage. As Matt said 25g is the dosage for the average person. For >100kg the PPeH says 35g. So for 136kg (300lbs) is 47g.

If I don't have meto and take 2 30 g glasses would it still work?

You should have at least 1 backup glass of the same dosage in case of vomit; so 2 glasses with 47g. Meto is to prevent vomit, so it's advisable to take it. I personally believe that all the meds are indispensable for a peaceful result (propranolol included).
