I have read over the SN ingestion guide a few times, and it says specifically to use a pestle and mortar to grind up benzos. Is there a reason for this over normal oral ingestion? Will it not work if benzos are orally ingested?

Also swallowing lots of pills is harder than you think so grinding it up would make it easier to take
