Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I am planning to go to psychiatrist tomorrow to prescribe some benzos. I am very afraid of feeling discomfort breathing when taking SN by the way which I bought 2 years ago. (is it still good?) So my plan is to drink 10-15mg Xanax and after 10 minutes to drink SN. Do you think it will work and knock me out?
SN can last 3 years, can be longer if seal still intact unopened and kept in room temperature.
Yes, SN works with xanax (1 xanax equals 10 times valium, other source says 20 times)

Sry but I have to disagree with this. The only difference between benzos is which properties of action they have and if they are short or long acting. Here's a chart I found.
Red is for anxiety relieve and blue for musle relaxing the other ones are obvious.
I'm not a benzo expert but professional benzo addict so I know some things about it haha

But alprazolam would probably the best way too go so xanax is completely fine. I'll go with lorazepam cuz I have a prescription for it
Here's another one said "The three most potent benzodiazepines (or 'anxiolytics') are alprazolam (Xanax), clonazepam (Klonopin) and lorazepam (Ativan) which are 10–20 times more potent than diazepam."
The pharmaceutical industry has a long history of romanticizing language. When the word ‘withdrawal’ evoked negative feelings concerning psychiatric drugs, the term ‘discontinuation syndrome’ was substituted. The same is true...

Although xans act very fast I agree with you. Maybe wait like 20 minutes to be sure u will feel it when they kick in. But don't fall asleep before taking the SN haha
I've answered this question before. I am/was a Xanax user. I tried to ctb with only that. Yeah stupid. But I have learned a lot about it. 10-15MG of Xanax?? All I can say is I hope you are quick. That amount will knock you out in minutes from my experience. Good luck.
my method is also SN. have you guys even read stans guide yet? Doesn't sound like it. I just have to say this. If your going to ctb don't half ass it. Do all the research you can. Not following proper direction can lead to many bad things happening. Like prolonged death. You don't want that. So please do your homework
