So my SN arrived today. All I have is Metoprolol for a beta blocker. Do I really need the antiemetic and the benzos? Or are these absolutely neccesary,

antiemetic's good for not puking the sn. fasting helps, but puking is inevitable and you should try to lessen it if you can.

I have lurasidone and the stans guide says it is an antiemetic but doesn't say how much i would need to take. I have 80mg tablets. How can I find out how much to take?

Benzos are recommended to make the whole process less traumatizing and unpleasant. If you can acquire them, use them in your SN protocol. Just a friendly advice.

Ohh, i know that site. How often do they restock? everytime i check sn is always out of stock

I've read about many failed attempts coming from throwing up a lot of it, so it is good if you're able to acquire the anti-emetics. Benzos im not sure on

I have seen people say different things. Some people have said you would most likely throw up anyway even with anit-emetics and that it mostly just helps witth the negative feeling of throwing up. Also I have seen one person mention having a second glass of the mixture ready so if you do end up throwing up the first one you can take the second one and still make sure enough if it enters the system.
