SN - are these correct?

I read through the posts in this forum, including Stan's guide among other thing. However, I don't have the right add-on meds, so just want to get your input.

Me:
- 140 lbs / 63.5 Kg
- Drink alcohol everyday (e.g. 1 bottle of wine) for the last few years
- Healthy (so far)

Meds (aside from SN):
- Ibuprofen
- Dramamine with Dimenhydrinate (can't get meto)
- Tagament

Plan - stat mode per Stan's guide:
- 8 hours before SN: last light meal then fast
- 1 hour before SN: 600mg (3 pill @ 200mg each) of Ibuprofen.
- 45 minutes before SN: 100 mg (2 pill @ 50mg each) of Dramamine
- 30 minutes before SN: 2 pills of Tagamet
- 10 minutes before SN: prepare 2 dose of SN --> 2 cups EACH containing 20g with 50ml water in case I vomit. I'll make sure SN is completely diluted and there's no crystal at the bottom of the glass
- final hour: drink SN and kaput

Misc:
- will drive somewhere at night to CTB.
- scheduled email to be sent 12 hours after CTB to my loved ones and local PD. Email to local PD is needed so they can find me, due to my loved ones needing death certificate to claim my assets.
- D-Day: TBD... still working on some loose ends.

No adjustment so far, still following my original post.

Having said that, there are other post saying that the latest PPeH have updates on SN. I don't have access to the file and I don't know what are the changes.
