Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Lyrica doess suppress fear of death and SI in general.
lyrica kicks in only after 4 hours after the ingestion
Food significantly slows down the absorption. It's better to take it at least 30min before food
Tolerance to lyrica builds up pretty quickly. So if you are planning to use it on the day of ctb, better give yourself at least a 1 week lyrica-free before the date

I take 300 mg at night and it's correct it takes a few hours to work. I have to take it seperate from my other drugs and quite some time after food. A lot affects it I have found
I normally take 350mg of lyrica a day. As an experiment I took 1200mg. After 2 hours I really needed to sleep. But before that, the fear of death was definitely lowered. I think much more so than with benzos. I think I am going to work it into my SN routine. Just figuring out the right dosage and timing with all the other meds may be a challenge. I only have so much of some of the meds (anti-nausea, beta blocker, opiod), so I likely can't do too many dry runs. Although I definitely want to do at least one dry run (taking everything else but the SN) to make sure the timing works and I don't end up feeling sick which could increase the risk of vomiting.
