Help Sn and antiemetics

What are the negative effects if I take Sn without antiemetics? I can buy as much Sn as I want (it is legal in my country), but with antiemetics there is no such freedom and they are not easily available:(. So I want to go with just Sn without any other medication

Here's a comment I made in a similar thread that should contain some helpful info. TL;DR: antiemetics are useful but don't seem to be totally necessary
