Help SN 48h regimen with domperidone

Unfortunately, I couldn't get my hands on a metoclopramide. I got a pack of domperidone, brand name motilium instead. The recommended dose of the metoclopramide during the 48 hour regimen is 3x 10mg a day and 30mg stat dose. Does anyone have an idea on how much one should take when replacing meto with domperidone?

I put "domperidone" in the forum search gizmo and got a lot of helpful results. It appears that the dosage is the same, but you should take zofran with it
