Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I wish I could sleep for the time required to fix my life and wake up once everything has been sorted.I never knew how little sleep you need to function until the last 2 years of my life.

I wish I could sleep good lately sleeping has been hard since I'm sleeping in back of a car and I'm tall so my legs can't extend all the way and it's really hard to sleep good.

I have trouble sleeping every single night, I don't take anything for it, I just try to breathe and ease my distress with relaxing videos or podcasts to distract myself to sleep

I get so irked when the mental health team ask me what my "bedtime routine" is. Because having a cup of bovril or weak milky hot chocolate is really going to sweep away a lifetime of nightmares and send me off to the blissful land of nod. Where I'll dream of moonbeams. Instead of being beaten and terrified.
Yes. Hmmm.

I'd much rather read amusing anecdotes on here about Phil N's experiments with piglets and toilet duck than attempt to sleep. But I shall not be explaining that to the psych doc.
(Am sad the thread was shut by Phil's orders, I felt it still had mileage)
I hope @Xerxes@Johnnythefox@Chinaski have not been spirited away in the night to a secret laboratory to be experimented on :-/

Same here. Totally random with bouts of exhaustion inbetween.
Did you guys try blue light filters for your devices? It helps a lot. I tend to disable them because of the distorted colors but it really makes a difference. I should leave them on..

That thought has calmed me lately in a way.
We all like sleeping - and if there is no magical afterlife then it will be just like sleep. So no reason to be afraid.
