Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

It's silly for me to say, when if I live, I plan to be a therapist or psychologist after I finish college, but I just cannot stand therapy.

Attending does nothing for me. The only good that came out of it was getting me my ocd diagnosis, and nothing else seems to matter.

My therapist doesn't make me feel less suicidal. Sessions are just boring and stressful. I find myself full of dread the day before an appointment.

I want to die so so so bad!!! Therapy does NOTHING for me! Everything sucks LOL

It's hard for me to imagine how you could have long term plans for a career. I'm really far gone I guess.

I have OCD too and have seen many therapist who didn't help. Traditional talk therapy is unhelpful for OCD, have you practiced ERP with a OCD specialist?

Yeah! Started with my therapist a few months ago. I feel pretty pessimistic about it, but maybe it's just too early to tell? I know logically I should keep attending, keep trying, but it's tough.

If you started with them more than 3-4 months ago and haven't seen any change I'd suggest trying a new one. Many will not be a good fit for you. If u may I'd like to know what makes you feel dread. Is it therapy itself or your therapist that makes u feel bored and stressed

I think therapy itself. I don't like being seen. I'd probably be a lot more willing if it could solely just be through text the entire time on my phone, but that's not how it works, I guess! I have a lot of difficulties with being perceived, but I guess just attending therapy in itself could be some version of exposure therapy.

I'd suggest working on one thing at a time. Too much at once is overwhelming and unhelpful. I understand the difficulty in being perceived. It may be autism. Maybe virtual therapy would be more helpful? I'm sure some would be ok with your camera being off.
