Method SI for jumping

I am jumping off a 12story apartment building (I'll be able to see the pool and where I'll be falling) and I have visited a couple of times and my SI is too strong. What household drugs can help? Any other advice?

Alcohol probably. Everything else is a little illegal. 12 ft is not high enough :)

Anything that would work ben even remotely effective would likely have to be obtained illegally.
