Should i use argon or nitrogen? or does it not matter?

My options are argon, nitrogen, or an argon and carbon monoxide mix.

I would say use an inert gas as it guaranteed to not be painful.

Argon or Nitrogen have exactly the same effect.

I was about to write N for Nitrogen but realised that acronym means something else here haha.

Thanks man. I ended up using argon because I was able to buy an argon regulator and hose easily.

On the contrary to especially Helium and also N2, Argon is heavier than air. It can be worth considering a different body position.
