So I've been thinking about telling my therapist that i often feel like two different people but I don't want anything drastic to happen I'm not sure what would happen if I did or if it's a good idea.

Please help.

I don't think it would be a bad idea to tell your therapist that. I can't possibly know anything about how your therapist acts, or practices, but I feel as though if I said that to my therapist, she would help me navigate the feeling. There's a multitude of reasons for why someone could feel as though they're multiple people, and I don't think there would be a drastic response if you tell her, but that's just an opinion based on my experience with therapy.

I would tell if I was you. Could be important that your therapist can really support you.

i'm not sure how your dynamic looks like, but i can't think of a reason why your therapist would do something drastic. your therapist is there for you. if your opinions fluctuate between extremes, you have mood swings, and your mannerisms change, then you should mention it.

Telling her this wouldn't run the risk of hospitalization, so I think you should tell her!!! Worst case scenario is already off the table
