I watched this video recently. I wonder if a person would drown first or be crushed at the bottom of the falls first.

I though Niagra would keep you trapped at the bottom, kind of rolling around towards the falls (so anti-clockwise)? It was on a show about the falls and they were explaining why bodies wouldn't necessarily come to the surface.

That brings up some ghosts for me…I lived in the Falls for 8 years, and do know someone who went over. They really do sometimes disappear, or show up in the whirlpool missing parts. I spent many years working at Table Rock Restaurant (right beside the horseshoe falls, and was working the night this person went over. That bit about the water being hypnotic is completely true…
