Has anyone tried to have SN or other chemicals shipped to their company/organisation?
It seems to me there are many companies refusing to sell sodium nitrite to individuals, but happily selling them to organisations.
I think I have found a way to order it through my organisation, but it wouldn't get shipped to me directly. Rather, there are people in my building who are responsible for taking deliveries. I've never done this, so I'm worried they will ask questions when I come to pick it up.
The bigger problem is, potentially, the billing address. The billing address will be my organisation's address, and I don't know what that entails. Maybe this will only change what's written on the receipt coming with the package. But maybe the receipt will be mailed to my organisation separately, which, as you can guess, would be disastrous. Both since it would disclose that I ordered SN and because I would in effect be defrauding the organisation.
