I have been sober from THC for four months now! I just spoke with a friend who has been sober from booze for a full year!! Wooo

Alcohol 3,5 years. Binge eating 0 days

I was sober from alcohol for 23 years until September. Now I am pretending that I am just dabbling with it but know I have gone down the slippery slope and don't feel like climbing back up. If you are just starting out with a behavior or substance I encourage you to stop while you have the chance.

sober from weed 100+ days stopped counting but i only stopped because i got brain damaged by a failed attempt with benzos and alcohol makes me have panic attacks and anxiety and headaches weed just amplifies it
