Man I've always wanted to play Xenosaga. Everything about it, from the art-direction to the music, to the pretentious german sub-title and the mecha motif, it just all seems to indicate that I'd love the game lol

That's a great one I've got some of my own favorites from BW2:

^Always liked this one back in the day because of how weird it sounded for a Pokémon theme.

I never liked pokemon battle themes so much, I prefer routes and towns themes, but Battle Revolution has some good options, ah... playing it online was the best.

I generally used to only love battle themes but maybe as I started to grow older I gained an appreciation for Overworld themes as well.

For me Pokemon does not stand out much in music but there are areas that evoke a nostalgic feeling in me just using their music.
