Eyes on me

I post this poetry I wrote.

I look at myself in a clear, dead lake.
I no longer feel anything
A void that has lost its meaning.
Tears feed this lake
where I bathe
and never feel cleaning.
Dreams have flown away
like seagulls migrating
to a distant undefined place.
Their fly makes me feel more empty and alone.
My long hair gets wet on this dark water.
The tired eyes reflect this
barren night without any more meaning

This Christmas I spent so sad, alone and in despair, as I don't talk to my parents, I don't see them and I'm coming out from an abusive relationship ... :(

I am an artist at heart, but sadly my fingers do not cooperate - and while I was a writer at one time - poetry escapes me. : )

I created the following picture by combining multiple artworks that I found on the internet. The original artists were not named, nor were the images copyrighted; nonetheless, if this is considered plagiarism, my sincere apologies to the original artists and I will delete this picture.

Again, the original was not copyrighted and the original artists, as far as I can tell was not named. I so wish I could create art like the original here and what others have drawn here - if anyone knows who the original artist is, I will add their name.

I've only recently tried drawing again. I like yokai and nue is a favorite of mine

Nowadays, I'm not able to go out and look at the sunset and contemplate my life. Work and other obligations take so much time. It'd make going through the days a lot easier to be honest.
