I usually listen to sad music when I want to calm down, as an overcorrection for when I'm feeling uppity.
But when I want to become calm and stay calm, nothing beats binaural beats.
I don't buy into all the claims they make in the silly titles; I just like to vibe with the sounds.




But...if you want the opposite effect... no sound causes more panic attacks than the Shepard Tone:

Sounds like one of those slowly charged up attacks in games that you have to stop or it will kill you in one hit. That's cool as hell.
