I have never heard of it, don't understand it, am intriqued by it, can you combine it with jumping if jumping isnt the best height, can you use it to finsih you off?

the method works by making yourself hyperventilate then holding your breath underwater which should if done correctly make you pass out before you run out of oxygen, then you would drown when youre passed out

If i become a freediver this will be as easy as pie. I practiced holding my breath and improved greatly .
i need to get back to it, co2 tables practice they are called.
I love the ocean and sailing.

I never knew about this method until now. Whitney Houston purportedly drowned in her bathtub due to a combination of wine and Xanax. Apparently, she passed out and submerged.
