I haven't relapsed in a while, but I can imagine how you feel. I sort of envy you. I wish I could cut right now, but I know that the amount of pain to do it is immense.
If you're cutting deep, take care of them okay?

I really wish you'd take up a hobby like, boxing, judo, or karate. Sometimes ,(l'm ashamed to say), beating hell out of someone provides a relief unknown to therapy, meds, or prayer.Similar threads
