I don't know much, but I think it's a very strong opioid, stronger than morphine. Hard to get.

I envy those who can calmly plan this out. At the moment, if I had a sharp knife I'd saw myself in about 45 pieces. All I have are butter knives. I'd bash myself in the head with a wrench, but I'd probably just end up tearing a tendon in my elbow or something.
