I have three options

Valium - diazepam
Ativan - lorazepam
Ozepam - clonazapam

to be taken with anything other than N. To induce sleep and sedation. Which one is the best. I'm going the chloroquine route so I need something that'll put me to sleep fast.

Midazolam owns them all if you can get it. To achieve surgical anesthesia, Midazolam is the first choice benzo agent by default and Diazepam just a replacement but not quite as good.

They are all from the same family, their mechanism of action is mostly the same.

From what I know:
Alprazolam - Works within minutes. Effects lasts little on the body.
Lorazepam - Same as Alprazolam ( Cheaper ^^ ). I don't know if it's stronger or weaker.
Clonazepam - Takes time to work. Effects lasts longer on the body
Diazepam - same as Clonazepam, but a bit stronger.

Respiratory depression is a worrisome symptom in all of them, but Alprazolam and Diazepam is a bit worse on that.

Effects might be different depending on the person.

Obs: not a doctor

One with a long half-life is best for this instance, so I would use valium. Valium is probably better between those choices anyway.

I personally recommend Valium. It's very effective.

If you mix Valium with Dramamine you will fall into a very deep sleep.

Dramamine also has sedative effects and helps fight feelings of nausea. You may want use several Dramamine pills.

Valium mixed with Benadryl is also effective for inducing a deep sleep.

Best to do a search on benzos and look at the images. They provide charts that compare various characteristics for benzos. There are two important considerations in selecting benzos - Onset of Action and Duration of Action. You need to select the correct one for the specific reason you are using them. Onset of Action will help you select the ones that quickly will work to knock you out (with SN) or Duration of Action for those that will keep you knocked out (with Amiltriptyline). Then you can choose the best for your specific circumstances.
