Scared of failing

I already had 4 failed attempts and now I'm too scared to try again. I'm too squeamish to slash my throat or Doing anything too violent.
why does it have to be so hard?
what if I fail again and land in the psych ward but this time I can't lie my way out?
If I try and fail, I'm probably Going to have the mental breakdown of my life!

No worries man, only 1 out of 20 attempts end in death, I failed many times so do not stress out about It.

I think people have no problem with ctb when their time comes, It just seams like that to me, many can disagree and I understand because it is very stressful and despair inducing to fail at ctb. Maybe you haven't reached your limit yet or there is something you hope might help you. Survival instinct is strong and It is maybe unconscious partly.

Suicide is very difficult as even know we want to die we are programmed to survive. Methods can go wrong, it requires knowledge and planning for the method to succeed. The society denies us the option of a peaceful exit so we are forced to resort to methods that can fail. This is very cruel, we all deserve the option of euthanasia.

I am scared of failing as well, especially as there is a chance of getting damage. I wish you the best, I hope you find the peace you are looking for.
