Venting Sadness and pain

According to me, a lack of mental robustness is one of the worst possible things that a person can have.

I can't really define it very well. You would just know if you had it.

It's on par with physical or mental disability based on how severe it is.

A person like me looks normal from the outside but is completely broken and destroyed from the inside.

There remains no scope for growth because everything becomes very difficult.

There's no stability, feels like it's propped up on a card tower.

Everday is a struggle against yourself.

it's also difficult to describe all this, then i had to write a book and some things can't be described in words, i know that

It is sad how so much suffering exists. Living really is torture and I'm sorry that you have to endure this. Of course a peaceful exit from this life should be a human right, it is cruel to try to force people to live such awful lives until they die from old age.
