PPeH has a list of SA sources but has anyone actually been successful in purchasing from them as an individual? I found a website but it's Polish, will only accept bank transfer and refused to give me their BIC when I emailed them about it. They said the item was restricted and they would not sell it to me. Any suggestions would be welcome as I am getting quite desperate.

That's not really provable. Only one who can really know is the person going through it.
On a different note, what was it that Jim Jones used on his followers of The People's Temple in Guyana in Central America? Was it SA?A drink mixture of Flavor Aid and cyanide was created and handed out to the members of Jim Jones to drink.Similar threads
