I hsve been asked about the method i used. If i hadnt made the mistake of sending a goodbye email (only left it 24 hours post attempt). Now the method i used was very peaceful but was rescued and forced to go on. Next time (quite soon) i will not make same mistake. What i dont know is the rules regarding giving details of my method. Any advice is welcome. Another few hours last time and it was game over. Still cant underdtand how someone who said they cared would wish my suffdring to continue. Makes no sense.
