Rudimentary coin shot mechanism on a suicide helmet.

I think we've all seen this device, so I've been wondering if it would be possible to build something similar but instead use blasting powder from firecrackers and coins to simulate the effect of a shotgun shell. I am from a country with very strict gun laws, where even 1 bullet is locked behind a fuck ton of paperwork. So my idea is to create a rudimentary grapeshot style shotgun shot using coins or multiple steel balls. I know blasting powder is far more destructive than gunpowder and it's why I am wondering if this would even work or not as a way for a painless suicide or it would just not be worth it and most likely very painful?

Edit: There is a search feature at the top. You may need a couple of posts in order for it to show up. Just not sure of the reason you want to be an innovator in the field of suicide. Most of us aren't. This is a rather crazy first post. I can't take it seriously.

So many things can go wrong, and in worst case scenario you might catch interest of intelligence agencies..
Better would be to put that effort in obtaining N or trying to recover if it is possible. There are other good methods out there

Some buy built a helmet with hollow chambers that he filled with gunpowder and shotgun pellets. IIRC he then wired some cables to each chamber to generate sparks all at once, so that the gunpowder blows up and you get the equivalent of multiple shotgun blasts stright to your head. Quite the fancy engineering.
