Help Right regulator for my nitrogen cylinder?

Hi,my questions about regulator.





1.Is Pic 2 right regulator for my cylinder?
My cylinder is Nitrogen (N2) 6.0 (99.9999%) 4-5L 150 bar, connection W21,6x1/14'' (DIN 6)

2.Where is the flowmeter here? Pic 1 or Pic 2?
In the guide @TiredHorse said about two pressure gauges: the tank pressure gauge (unimportant to us) and the flowmeter gauge.
Which one should i buy?

3.I remember from some guide that one of the pressure gauges shows how much gas is left in the cylinder. Which of these shows this information?

4.Why some people here are buying 100$+ regulators whereas there are many around 50$,is there a real difference for suicide? TiredHorse said

Pic 2,the flowmeter is the right hand thing with the red knob
Pic 1, here in the US,the right gauge shows the pressure
Your regulator is Argon but Nitrogen regulator is preferred, PM Greenberg on the Mega Thread Inert Gas Thread to see if its ok
Here in the US, if the gauge on the right shows 2000 PSI, the tank is full
