And I don't need you to tell me, I can hear it. The selfhatred starts long before you mention it.
I was going to have a "big" breakfast in me terms (as big as one can get. I measured my plate up against my then 1yo brothers and I had less then him) I was going to have 1 egg, 1 piece of toast and a small bowl of cereal along with a coffee. I put my plates back.... Self hatred makes me not hungry anymore. I only had the coffee because it was already 'steeping' (just the way I make my coffee).
